Finance Analyst（财务分析）

Responsibilities



Profit & Loss Account

-Quarterly or Annual Repricing / ECO Repricing

-Customers' PO verification including unit price, shipping term and payment term

-Monitoring of claims from customers

-Maintenance of selling price split and standard cost in ERP system

-Margin and variance analysis against forecast

-Monthly rolling forecast by assembly

-NRE billing & recognition and the related cost tracking

-Project appraisal on new investment

-Close liaison & follow up with Program Managers and SPO



Inventory

-Inventory management including monitoring of ageing and level,

-Inventory valuation including review of BOM cost, maintenance of standard cost in ERP and revaluation to actual cost

-Inventory ageing, risk assessment and provisions

-Monthly inventory reporting including inventory reconciliation and ageing report

-Review significant material usage variances and physical cycle count variance

-Advise & respond to internal customers request on inventory and costs status



General

-Month end closing activities in related areas

-Monthly management reports and presentation when required

-Annual statutory audit schedules

-Ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor



Requirements:

-Minimum a Degree in Accounting with minimum 2 years related working experience in a manufacturing environment

-Professional accounting qualification eg. CPA / ACCA / CIMA is preferred

-Related experience in a multi-national EMS company is a plus

-ERP knowledge is a pre-requisite (JDE knowledge is an advantage)

-Basic knowledge in Shopfloor Management System

-Familiar with China GAAP and Tax Law

-Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially EXCEL

-Good command of both oral and written English

-Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

-Excellent and proactive in problem-solving skills and cause & effect analysis

-Positive attitude, good team work, willingness to learn and ability to persevere through tight deadline & high work pressure
