职位描述：

Job responsibilities:

1. Focus on component module technology, such as sensors (CO2, Temperature/humidity sensors...) or motor’s manufacturing technique and deeply application. 专注元器件模组技术，重点关注如传感器（二氧化碳、温湿度等）或电机等的工艺技术及深度应用。

2. Implement Siemens Components strategy, closely collaborate with designer, supported by APE/Sourcing for electronic component selection, In order to meeting the product performance requirements执行西门子器件战略，与APE/Sourcing工程师合作，帮助电子设计工程师选择适合器件，以满足产品性能需求

3. Tracking new technology, introduce new components to design, support local supply chain build-up, promote Design to Cost

追踪新技术、新工艺，支持本地供应链建设，引入新器件，推进低成本设计

4. Technical support for IQC,APE,SP and Logistic, plan for risk management, closely collaboration for sustainable delivery

与IQC、APE、SP、物流等部门合作，制定风险管理及应急措施，稳定生产及持续发货

5. Leading part failure analysis activities, work together with designer for robust design

主导器件失效分析活动，与设计师一起完善可靠性设计

6. Fully understand essentials of development process and contribute to process improvement

充分理解研发流程的精髓并能为流程改进做出贡献

Job requirements:

1.3+ years related working experience in component engineer, preferably 1+ year’s product design experience in HVAC,

3年以上元器件工程师相关工作经验，有1年以上暖通空调行业产品设计经验者优先

2. Familiar with the components of the technical specifications and test technology

熟悉元器件的技术规格和测试技术

3. Familiar with electron components failure analysis,determine the components damage

熟悉电子元器件失效分析、判定元器件损坏原因

4.Bachelor degree or above, master degree is preferred, major in electron component ,electrical and electronic engineering, industrial automation or related

本科以上学历，硕士优先，电子元器件，电子工程，工业自动化或相关专业毕业

5. Rich knowledge in electron component manufacture technology and process

了解电子元器件加工工艺和流程

6. Preferably have basic knowledge of product development process and HVAC field

有产品研发流程方面和暖通空调领域的基础知识者优先

7. Strong capability in English reading and writing as well as English speaking

在英语读写和口语方面有较强的能力

8. Preferably working experience under regular project management and process control

有在正规项目管理和流程控制下的工作经验者优先

9. Experiences in international companies are advantages

有国际企业工作经历者优先
