Position : HR Supervisor (Recruiting & Performance)



Reports to: HR Manager



 

Major Duties and Responsibilities 主要职责:



Recruiting Part: 招聘部分



1. Define and set recruiting strategy in line with the school business strategy

 制定和规划与学校业务发展战略相匹配的招聘战略



2. Consolidate recruitng policy and process

 梳理招聘政策和流程



3. Manage various recruiting channels (internal/external) including search firms and web-based recruiting…

 管理包括猎头公司与招聘网站等资源在内的内外部招聘渠道



4. Improve the efficiency of the recruiting system

 提升招聘系统的效率



5. Mainly focus on Admin staff and Teacher Assistant recruiting, and optimize staff JD

 主要负责行政类员工和教师助理的招聘,优化各部门提交的JD内容



6. Responsible for new hires’ on board process

 负责新员工的入职流程



7. New teacher’s offer and labor contract, inclu. expat. and local staff

 负责新招教师的聘用函和劳动合同的内容整理,包括外籍教师和中籍教师



8. New teacher’s orientation guide and welcome package

 负责新招教师的入职指导和欢迎礼包



9. Tracking and feedback new hire’s probation performance

 负责追踪和反馈新员工的试用期的表现



 

Performance Part: 绩效部分



10. Drive the annual performance appraisal policy and process

 负责落实年度绩效评估政策和流程



11. Collect and check all departments’ performance appraisal result

 收集和审核各部门的绩效评估结果



 

Qualifications and experience required:



资质/经验要求:



1. Bachelor degree or above, better majoring in Human Resources management or English

 学士学位及以上学历,主修人力资源管理或英语专业为佳



2. Minimum 5 years in HR function, recruiting and MNC experience preferred

 至少五年工作经验,侧重招聘,跨国公司经验优先考虑



4. Excellent communication skill both in Chinese and English

 优秀的中、英双语沟通能力



5. Strong analytical skill

 具有较强分析能力



6. Able to work under stress and target - oriented

 能够在压力下工作并且注重目标实现
