职责描述：Responsibilities • Providing support on a wide variety of M&A projects from small transactions to global programs from a people, HR and communications perspective. • Participate in buy and sell-side, in-bound and out-bound HR due diligence. • Analyze target company data to identify key HR-related exposures in a due diligence context, including those related to agreements, change in control / severance plans, Golden Parachutes, active health and welfare, social security and housing fund, multiemployer, pensions, postretirement medical, executive deferred compensation, equity compensation plans, and collective bargaining agreements. • Participate in global post-deal integrations with respect to mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, carve-outs, and other similar transactions. • Help to advise and deliver people, strategy and organizational design aspects of integration, separation (carve outs) and optimization initiatives (e.g. synergy analysis) including the development of target operating models, understanding the current people landscape, defining transitional service agreements, developing detailed plans, and supporting the implementation. • Meanwhile, actively participate in a wider range of M&A and strategy topics including deal rationale, commercial due diligence, operational due diligence, synergy, post deal integration, market entry, strategic planning and etc. 任职要求：Experience • Evidence 2-5 years relevant experience, preferably with specialization in Human Resources or related topics. • Bachelor’s degree from a leading institute, advanced degree preferred. • Demonstrate strong results driven attitude and able to conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data. • Demonstrate an analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, structured thinking, and creativity. • Demonstrate confidence, people skills, ambition and pragmatism. • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.
