职责描述：

1.1 Mobility Audit/Document check _ Customer Care

Service description:

• Mobility related approval process, for instance, courtesy car application verification, inspection and approve; mobility related cost system verification and approval process;

• Care approved case documents check and feedback by report.



Service delivered and the timing:

• Mobility program daily management, including register mobility cars, mobility usage management, mobility car check, etc.= 1800 cases*12= cases

• Care approved cases check and posting in WIT,=800 cases* cases

• Operate, maintain and control an effective "follow-up" system, essential in terms of what is required in order to meet the various deadlines of various teams within the department. Regularly monitor the various teams' Target Agreements.

• Full responsibility for organizing team meetings, preparation and distribution of the agenda, writing and circulating minutes, follow-up and filing daily.

• Domestic travel: 2 times





任职要求：

• Education / Degree: Bachelor degree in Business Admin or equivalent and above.

• Knowledge / Skills /Competences: English business fluent, Good computer skills with MS Office tools, Organized, detailed and service oriented, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good team player, Customer and business oriented, Work productively in a high pressure environment.
