Customer Service Representative （客户服务代表）

 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Well understanding customer requirements, efforts in demand creation with sales promotion; Order entry into SAP, ordering acknowledgement to customer; ensure to maintain data accurately in system. Communicate effectively so as to ensure the demand is fulfilled Production following up with Production Planner to ensure Customer Required Delivery; Shipment arrangements with logistics, shipping documents following up; Optimize shipment to save freight cost Dealing with customer complaints with Quality Assurance; Customer forecast collection and analysis; Assistance to Finance for A/R collection; Customer satisfaction survey and customer satisfaction improvement; Sample arrangements and assistance in PPAP approval coordination. To be 24 hours on-call Other tasks assigned by manager or supervisor Participate in trainings, and actively reporting L&E misconduct.

REQUIRED:

College graduates or University Degree or above Excellent English / Mandarin written and oral communications skills 2 years working customer service experience in electronic industry PC skill, such as outlook, excelHighly sense of urgency and responsibility, act proactively with optimism attitude

PREFERRED:

Has some international trading background is preferred Familiar with ERP/MRP/SAP
