Key Responsibilities:

Supporting product owner tasks (high priority)

- Professional documentation and specification of requirements (with permanent refinement over the development process)

o Coordination, moderation and documentation of key user meetings (key users are contact persons in CO2 calculation teams）

o Visualization of concept ideas

o Professional description of requirements in a user centric approach including user journeys, user epics, use cases, preconditions and acceptance criteria

o Synchronization with ideas of a similar project at headquarter 

- Participating in sprint planning meetings together with product owner 

o Introducing the prioritized product backlog entities

o Ensuring mutual understanding of requirements

o Clear communication of acceptance criteria (for later verification of correctly performed actions by development team) 

o Documentation of submitted requirements

- Participating in the sprint review together with product owner

o Checking the fulfillment of the acceptance criteria

o Documenting completed requirements

o Suggesting further improvements

o Aligning next steps with key users

- Participating in the sprint retrospective together with product owner

o Showing up potentials for improvement of scrum team collaboration

o Being open minded to improvement proposals from other scrum team members



Adapting and implementing scrum methodology to given team structure (low priority)

- Scrum methodology needs to be adapted to given team structure

- Therein each team member needs to be told what to do and when

- Implementation of the adapted scrum methodology by giving a detailed recommendation of a time schedule and moderating the first meetings

- Reviewing (and if needed correcting) the adapted scrum methodology over time (e.g. within the sprint retrospective)

- Suggesting tools/templates for transparent product backlog maintenance



Requirements: 

- Readiness to travel to key users 

- Business fluent in English, German and Chinese 

- One year experience in requirements engineering regarding IT application development

(preferred: user centric and agile approaches)

- Good communication and moderation skills to align concrete use cases

- Basic knowledge in scrum methodology

- Expertise in coordination and moderation of meetings

- Expertise in moderately assigning tasks to collaborators

- Preferably:

o One year experience as scrum product owner

o Good understanding of programming languages and frameworks

o Advanced knowledge of IT architectures

o Advanced visualization skills regarding graphical user interface recommendations & general concept ideas 

o Basic knowledge in automotive CO2 and fuel consumption compliance steering & calculation processes
