 AR Accountant 会计(应收账款)



Report To: Finance Manager



Location: Shanghai, China

RESPONSIBILITIES:



l Responsible for Account Receivable sub-ledger maintenance, prepare adjustments entries when required;



l Follow up on overdue balances, find out potential risk in missing collection of income from customers;



l Work with GL Accountant on revenue recognition;



l Responsible for Account Receivable report update and maintenance in accordance with Group Accounting Menu;



l To be the first point of contact for third party suppliers, the customer and local entities for any payment, billing, management information and reporting queries and disputes;



l Assist GL Accountant for monthly and annual year-end closing for all statutory and management reporting in accordance with closing schedule;



l To implement and manage any system changes or enhancements that is identified by best practise;



 



QUALIFICATIONS:



l College graduate and above, major in accounting and finance or auditing;



l 2-3 years relevant experience;



l Ability to analyse and evaluate information;



l Knowledge of SAP or whole solutions of EPR system;



l Good PC Skills in using excel and word;



l Good command of written and spoken English;



l Good communication skill and with team spirit;



l Open-minded, rational thinking, co-operate and problem solving.
