射频工程师（RF）

A week in the life of a Radio Frequency Engineer:

• You will design and develop state-of-the-art wireless modules including GSM, GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA, LTE and NB_IOT.

• You will design radio frequency (RF) solutions including the selection, verify of components and perform RF and system level tests in compliance with 3GPP, FCC and CE standards.

• You will support all aspects of RF design validation, including testing and component qualification.

• You will interact with the development team to ensure that the design meets functional and quality targets.

• You will provide feedback to increase efficiency and meet the project timeline and provide technical documentation for project status reporting.



Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• To succeed at this job, you must have: interest in RF development for GSM, GPRS, WCDMA and LTE wireless modules in the M2M industry, professional experience in RF development for mobile phones and wireless modules, substantial hands-on experience with wireless product system development, skills in circuit performance improvements and debugging, knowledge of state-of-the-art RF components, knowledge of mixed-signal and analog PCB design including the use of CAD tools, the ability to work according to defined development processes and familiarity with wireless standards including 3GPP.

• It would be preferred if you have experience with advanced RF/EMC measurement techniques and equipment.

• You must be fluent in English and Chinese. 

• We would like someone to join our team who is a quick-learner, motivated, a strong problem-solver, analytical, a team-player, a strong communicator and knowledgeable about reporting standards and technical documentation.

• You must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunication.

• We are looking for someone with 4 - 7 years of experience in mobile and wireless module RF design.
