职责描述：

1, New product and platform development 

1. 开发新产品和平台



Ø Design NPI product

Ø VOC collection and analysis, finalize and transform into design SPEC for customized products.

VOC收集以及分析，完成，变形客户要求的Spec设计

Ø LED module and engine’s Concept and Solution make up, R&D market leading concept and reference designs.

构成LED模块和驱动概念以及解决方案

Ø Project develop plan make up and maintains to keep the project under control and beat the time line required by both internal and external.

项目研发计划， 编制和维护以控制项目进度

Ø Cost analysis, VAVE for present projects.

价格分析，目前的项目VAVE

Ø Quality control

质量管理

Ø Multifunction team communication



2, support

Ø Tech support to each function team if needed

Ø Biz trip to each site(can be customer site) to solve urgent problem timely.

Ø Support inner team if needed (leverage inner team members’ work load)

Ø Competitor’s product analysis, output benchmark testing report.



3, Project management 



4, VAVE



任职要求：

1. at least 5 years lighting industry related solid experience is a must

2. electrical/ electronic engineering back ground with at least bachelor degree.

3, Familiar with power supply related topology, knowhow on the SMPS product. Knowhow on new product development and debugging, knowhow on problem solving and circuit design. Can individually deal with dimming circuit design and debugging. (Triac, Analog, digital, etc)

4. well understand LED and LED application, with solid experience on LED fixture development is a plus.

5, team work spirit, open mind with high motivation.

6，accept frequently biz trip.

7, Must be familiar with Altium Designer, Familiar with Auto CAD and/ or Solidworks is a plus
