MFE 维修工程师（CNC方向）

 职责描述：

1、The Manufacturing Engineer (MFE) support the equipment specialist to build product machine management system, make sure during producing the equipment is in good condition and achieve the company product goal.

制造工程师协助设备专员建立公司生产设备管理体系，确保公司运营过程中设备稳定运行，实现营运目标。



2、The MFE is responsible for production & assembling machines from different technologies according to the given production plans. The MFE is in charge of changing tools and clamping devices, measuring the tools at the tool adjuster and their adjustment. The MFE clamps and aligns tools in the machines, produces the first sample of a production line and measures it according to the given parameters. Further, the MFE is responsible for collocating manufacturing parts and for checking the production process for failures and sameness.

制造工程师按照给定产品计划安装和配置机器并负责更换刀具和工装，确定刀具调整量；制造工程师负责按照工程样件要求定制刀具和工装并按照给定参数要求测试样件；在生产过程中制造工程师负责备件的采购和检测相关的生产工艺。



3、Organize personnel to finish the installment、adjustment of new machine, and make sure the new machine can put into use eventually.

对新引进的设备，组织人员完成设备的安装、调试，保证设施、设备最终投入使用。



4、The MFE is responsible for make plan of the checking and maintenance of machine. Regularly organize the checking of the current state of the machine and the safety device, then find out the hidden danger and solve in time. The MFE should respond to the maintenance requirement and timely solve the equipment failure.

制造工程师负责制订生产设施、设备的检查、维修、保养计划。定时组织检查设备的完好率、运行状况及安全装置，及时发现隐患并排除。快速响应设备维修需求，及时有效地解决设备故障。



5、According to the requirements of production, PCE or quality department, the MFE needs to have reasonable improvement and meet these requirements.

根据生产、工艺或质量部门的要求，对现有的设备进行合理的改善，满足生产和质量需求。



6、The MFE is responsible for making and updating relevant equipment documents, including PM record, spare parts list, spare parts check out list, tool check-in check-out log etc.

制定与更新设备相关的文档，主要包括点检维修表、备品备件清单、设备领用清单、刀具使用记录等。



7、The MFE should specify the model of equipment parts, and reduce the parts types. At the same time, it is necessary to rationally prepare the spare part and make sure the safe stock. Then meet the producing requirement and reduce the stock of spare parts.

规范设备零部件型号，减少零部件种类并按照生产需求和设备性能合理的配置设备的备品备件和安全库存，满足生产同时又减少备件库存量。



8、The MFE should regularly analyze the ability of technician, maintenance quality and make corresponding improvement to improve the level of maintenance.

定期对维修人员维修能力、维修质量情况进行分析并制定相应的改进措施，提高团队维修技术水平。



9、Follow the company management rules; handle other assignment which is given by the equipment specialist.

遵守公司管理要求,完成设备专员交办的其他事务。



岗位要求：

1、College degree or above with major in engineering, automation, CNC or equivalent subject

大专学历及以上，工程、自动化、数控或相关专业。



2、Good command of English in both oral and written.

良好的口头和书面英语。



3、With strong application ability of Office Software: Word, Excel, Access Database

较强的办公软件应用能力，文档、数据表格、数据库应用软件。



4、2 years of working experience or above, mechanical manufacturing or automotive industry background is preferred.

2年以上工作经验，机械制造或汽车行业做丛业背景优先。



5、Constructive and effective communication skills with people of all levels.

Demonstrate good teamwork attitude.

能与公司各层员工展开建设性的、有效的沟通；并展示良好的团队工作态度。



6、Be proactive, positive and adaptive to new environment quickly.
