Position: Buyer--- Machining Parts



采购-机加工零部件



Main Responsibilities:



主要职责



1、 Purchase subcontracting products based on drawing requirement to ensure technical requirement 根据图纸要求采购分包产品, 确保技术要求



2、 Cost analysis, negotiate and estimate best cost with supplier and sub-contractors to ensure competitive quality, cost, delivery and service 成本分析, 与供应商和分包商协商并评估最佳成本, 以确保具有竞争力的质量、成本、交付和服务



3、 Cooperate with other departments and follow up whole project to ensure full completion of whole project，Regular reporting on purchasing status 与其他部门合作, 跟进整个项目, 确保整个项目的完整完成，定期汇报采购状况



4、 Manage supplier and take corrective action and procedure to keep continuous improvement 管理供应商, 采取纠正措施和程序, 持续改进



5、 Reviewing designs of mechanical components and assemblies to recommend changes that improve machining process and reducing costs 审查机械部件和组件的设计, 提出改善建议以提高加工工艺和降低成本



6、 Fulfill other task assigned by department manager 完成部门经理交办的其他工作







Requirements:



要求：



1、Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering 机械工程/制造工程学士



2、At least 3-5 years’ experience in mechanical machining processing，Expertise in machine tools (e.g. lathe tools, bore lathe, planner, grinder, CNC, etc.) 3-5 年以上机械加工处理经验，熟练机床（如车床工具, 钻孔车床,磨床, CNC 等



3、At least 3 years’ experience in outsourcing , experience in project management is preferred 3年以上外包经验, 有项目管理经验者优先 



4、Familiar with purchasing process，familiar with ERP system and microsoft office software (excel)，basic knowledge in quality system 熟悉采购流程, 熟悉ERP系统和offerice办公软件（Excel），具备一定的质量体系知识 



5、Good command of English both in written & spoken preferred 良好的口语及英文写作能力 



6、Integrity, proactive and good negotiation & communication skill，Logical thinking, careful and reliable，Good team-work player 正直, 积极主动, 良好的谈判和沟通能力, ,逻辑思维, 细心可靠，富有团队合作精神
