医学事务经理（Medical Monitor）

职责描述：

1. Proactively provide the medical leadership to improve the project quality.

主动提供医学专业领导力，提高临床试验质量。

2. Provide scientific and medical input in the clinical study.

 对临床试验提供科学和医学方面指导。

3. Develop the medical monitor plan for the project.

 准备研究项目医学监查计划。

4. Provide the medical training to the relative study team members.

 为临床试验团队提供项目相关医学培训。

5. Provide the medical input with regard to the clinical safety concern. 

 对于临床研究的安全性问题提供医学指导。

6. Involve in the project team meetings with medical consultation if necessary.

参与研究项目相关会议，给予医学建议。

7. Be responsible for the internal training courses related to medical monitoring. Provide on-job training to the medical affairs advisor.

负责部门内部医学监查相关知识的培训工作，指导医学事务顾问的工作。

8. Involve in the business quotation and bidding activities

参与商务报价和竞价工作

9. Customer Maintain: Keep positive relationship with investigators and sponsor.

 客户关系维护：与研究者和申办方维持良好的合作关系。

任职要求：

(a) Academic / Major 学历 /专业

 Medical background, a master degree of clinical medicine in a certain therapeutic area ( Oncology preferred)临床医学硕士（肿瘤专业优先）

(b) Professional Skills 专业技能要求

 Familiar with the knowledge of the clinical practice in one therapeutical area at least （Oncology preferred）, GCP and the SOP of clinical study 熟悉至少一个治疗领域临床应用知识（肿瘤专业优先），GCP，临床试验操作标准流程。

(c) Working Experience 工作经验要求

At least 2-year experience of clinical practice in the hospital (the experience of medical affairs in the pharmaceuticals is preferred) 至少2年医院临床实践经验 （有药厂医学事务经验者优先考虑）

At least 2-year medical affairs related experience 至少2年医学事务相关工作经验

(d) Language ability 语言能力

 Fluent in written and verbal English 流利掌握英语口语和书面英语

(e) Computer Literacy 电脑相关知识

 Good skills on Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook, etc. 熟练掌握Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook, etc.

(f) Other abilities such as Communication skills\Information-gathering skills本职位要求的其他能力：如沟通能力\信息收集能力等

Good communication skill, time management skill and project management skill. 良好的沟通技巧、时间管理技巧和项目管理技巧。
