We are looking for a Shanghai based AR Accountant China (m/f) that provides contribution to the continuous improvement of services for HRS customers.

The challenge you are up for



Facilitate AR corrections & reminders for Great China area

Closely cooperate with hotel partners to confirm VAT Fapiao information after corrections

Ensure hotel partner send back corrections and make payment for outstanding

Support to handle debt collection agency for China

Provide notification of bank a/c to ensure these bank slip arranged

Support AR Team Leader coordinate with Contracting Dept. for seeking help regarding commission rate issue, etc

The commitment you bring



College Degree or above, major in accounting or relevant subject

Good command of Excel

Good analytical skills

Good communication in both oral and written English

Persuasive communication style

Self-motivated and good multi-task management
