职责描述：

Responsibilities:

•Audit financial statements and group reporting packages in a variety of GAAP’s such as HKFRS, IFRS, US GAAP and other European local standards



•Keep up to date with KPMG’s product and service offerings and identify sales opportunities within your client base



•Work on other assurance engagements such as review engagements, SOX engagements, agreed-upon-procedure engagements and engagements relating to the reporting accountant for initial public offerings



•Supervise your engagement field team, including the completion of performance reviews and providing on-site training 



•Liaise with your own portfolio of clients throughout the year to agree on and set timetables



•Maintain regular communication with in-charge, manager, partner and client on issues and the progress of the engagement



•Draft the planning and finalization memoranda for internal use, submission to overseas offices and for communicating to clients

•为客户提供涉及中国公认会计准则，国际会计准则，香港公认会计准则或欧洲其他公认会计准则有关的会计处理的专业意见。 



•了解毕马威审计咨询业务的产品和服务， 及时为客户需求提供相关经验信息， 并协助团队业务推广和业务获取。



•协助客户应对监管要求及履行合规义务。



•完成工作底稿的编制、整理和归档工作，使其达到相关技术规范要求。协助团队出具审计业务报告或其他法定业务报告。



•参与审计咨询服务人才培养与发展项目





任职要求：

Experience and Knowledge: 



•A minimum of 1~2 years audit experience in either the public or private sector or profession



•Strong technical skills and able to research accounting issues in a wide variety of GAAPs



•Strong business awareness and an ability to identify audit issues arising from commercial transactions 



•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.



•Team player with the ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure



Socially confident with good diplomacy and organizational skills 



Education and Professional Certifications:



Qualified CPA, ACCA or equivalent is preferred. 



•一年以上审计相关行业或咨询工作经验，拥有CPA、ACCA等相关注册会计师证书者优先



•具有优秀的中英文写作及口语表达能力，包括科技及商务写作能力、文档编制能力、演示表达能力及翻译能力。



•良好的客户服务态度， 为人成熟稳重、团队合作意识强。
