MCU FAE/AE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The FAE/AE will be the technical and applications support contact for the ST MCU product, mainly including STM32H7 and STM32WB series. 

The main responsibility of the FAE is to work closely with customers on a technical level to secure design-in/wins across a range of customers and applications in each market, and to help marketing to maximize ST MCU market share from the technical aspect in new technology field. 

The position will require significant and regular travel to customers, distributors, third-partners and product division.

The position is MCU FAE/AE locating in Shanghai.



MAIN DUTIES

- Clear all customers and authorized distributors technical, specification and performance questions related to MCU products.

- Technical solution creation (e.g. hardware/software demos, example designs).

- On-site effectively support for trouble shooting, symptom reproducing, and resolving problem.

- Wireless application support including BLE, LoRa, Thread, etc.

- MPU application support.

- Production promotion with marketing and sales.

- Technical training for distributors and customers.

- Research new technology for MCU, such as artificial intelligence, model-based design, etc.

- Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers.



REQUIREMENTS

- BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or equivalent.

- Be familiar with Cortex-M/A series MCU/MPU, and embedded system design experience in engineering.

- Good knowledge in embedded C programming.

- Strong self-learning ability, Self-motivation, initiative.

- Good technical background in overall electronics design with an extensive level of knowledge in one or more disciplines, and willingness to study new technology.

- Development experience about wireless application, Linux, and Android, will be a plus.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

- Fluent English and good team working skills.
