-Gather and condense technical requirements / issues of assigned components based on TRD Sales & Marketing inputs, claims, AE non-standard solutions, direct customer input, etc

-Ensure continuous product improvements and technically up to date components

-Drive / support product/component development executed by CRD into operational business 

-Prepare product improvement / change requests to CRD for full standardization and release in Leegoo/myLeegoo

-Lead product developments or development tasks for components, systems within LPD upon request and/or in agreement with CRD 

-Prepare technical studies for assigned components (e.g. product application range, component usage, code compliance check) 

-Definition of sales configuration tool requirements, configuration rules, sales and order process on component level, price list structures 

-Lead sales tool and order reviews as part of the regular release management on component level 

-Prepare and drive sales and order releases and sales stops for components and features 

-Ensure sales relevant product documentation is available and up to date 

-Tracking the change request on component level 

-Ensure up to date documentation on PNC for relevant components 

-Support product introduction and industrialization during pre-series, zero series (PROMS), series (PROCITS) 

-Training and coaching of Product Engineer

-Cluster Leader for new product and component developments

-Patent monitoring and filing of new ideas 

-Support AE solutions 

-Support claim handling



Mobility needs you

-Engineering degree (Master / Bachelor) 

-Degree in business administration preferable

-Experience in project management and cross-functional team work 

-At least 6 years experience in the elevator industry in a comparable role / position

-Strong analytical skills 

-Problem solving abilities and execution oriented 

-Ability to work independently 

-Team player with strong social competencies 

-Willingness and flexibility to travel 

-Strong project management skill 

-MS-office, MS project, Auto CAD and other technical SW tools

-Good communication and written skills in English 

-Good communication and written skills in Mandarin 

-Other languages are an asset
