Key Responsibilities岗位职责：

1) Collect potential candidates’ information through cold calling or any other channels.

根据客户公司的职位招聘要求，通过各种渠道挖掘合适的候选人；

2) Communicate with candidate with telephone and make assessment.

通过电话等方式与候选人进行沟通，介绍职位情况及公司背景，进行甄选、评估；

3) Interview with potential candidates.

面试候选人，进行甄选、评估；

4) Recommend candidates to clients and follow up.

针对不同职位匹配合适的候选人；跟进、协调客户公司与候选人的面试，录用谈判，入职跟进等；

5) Cooperate with other team members, and fulfill the vacancies successfully assigned by clients.

与团队成员合作，成功完成各项人才寻访委托任务。



Ideal Candidate Profile 任职要求：

1) Bachelor degree or above.

统招本科以上学历；

2) Previous executive search experience is slightly preferred, but not an advantage.

有无猎头从业经验皆可；有地产、金融、互联网相关猎头经验更佳；

3) Passionate with strong internal drive, eager to succeed, hardworking and enjoy work life.

具有强烈的自我挑战欲望，不轻易放弃的韧性；

4) Outstanding learning ability and systematic in achieving results.

积极主动的工作态度，快速的学习能力；

5) Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

良好的沟通协调能力；

6) Team player.

具备团队合作精神。
