Position Overview The main responsibility of omni-channel KA manager is to increase PMI's brand business @KA customers. The omni-channel manager is responsible for the overall strategy and operation of the online and offline key account customers. 主要负责奔迈(上海)公司的品牌全渠道KA客户销售工作,管理直营或经销商供货的电商或线下KA客户。 Responsibilities •Deliver annual sales and profitability targets of online and offline KA customers. 实现全渠道KA客户的年度生意目标和盈利目标 •Responsible for developing and delivering promotion and marketing plan within KA customers. 负责在KA客户的推广计划,策划具体的推广方案(含主题营销方案及活动提报),并组织施行; •Manage great relationship with KA retailers, and develop big marketing programs based on in-depth customer and shopper understanding to enhance sales performance and profitability. 管理重要重点电商和线下零售商;并且制定基于其客户和购物者洞察的市场活动方案,提升业绩和盈利能力。 •Relentlessly explore new growth opportunity acquiring new KA customers, or in existing KA customers via close work with customer, internal marketing and product development teams. 积极发展新KA客户,或者,与客户,及内部市场和产品团队紧密合作,在现有KA 客户探寻新的生意成长机会。 •Continuously review and improve overall KA service and operation efficiency and seamless connection to key company processes, e.g., S&OP, QAP etc. 持续关注并提高KA客户服务运营效率,无缝对接公司主要流程,譬如S&OP,季度计划流程等。 Additional responsibilities •Supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives. 支持公司整体一致的重点工作方向; •Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel. 建立相互支持和公司内部与其他关键管理人员的伙伴关系; Proficiencies 1.Big picture oriented with attention to details.有大局意识,也能关注细节。 2.Strong business analytical and planning skill; familiar with customer JBP practice.具有较强的业务分析技巧,以及较强的业务计划能力;并且熟悉客户联合生意计划实践。 3.Good personal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups at all organization levels; ability to work independently and as part of a team.良好的人际能力,能与所有组织层面的个人和团体进行有效的合作;并可作为团队一员而独立工作。 4.Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.能够对敏感信息予以保密。 5.Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.愿意适应不断变化的业务需求和期限。 6.Willing work under pressure and able to travel on request.愿意在压力下工作并能接受出差。 Education and Experience Full-time college degree or above, with e-commerce, marketing, business administration and other related professional 全日制大专以上学历,电子商务、市场营销、工商管理等相关专业; •2 years+ e-commerce retailers handling experience, e.g., JD.com, or VIP.com etc. 2年以上电商零售商管理经验,例如京东,唯品会等; •FMCG trainee background with 2 years+ experience handling mass retail KA, e.g., C4, RT etc.快消公司培训生背景,并且拥有2年以上管理主要卖场客户经验,譬如家乐福,大润发等; •Experience of social media (WeChat, micro-blog, , new media, familiar with the operation of social marketing) and other content media channels is preferred. 有社交媒体(、微博、、新媒体,熟悉社群营销运作)和内容电商渠道从业经验优先 •With clear logical thinking, excellent data analysis ability, communication ability and execution 逻辑思维清晰,具备优秀的数据分析能力、沟通能力、执行力
