Package Engineer

职责描述：

• Work closely with product marketing manager and sales team to translate the customer needs into the package design

• Provide Subject Matter Expertise in support of new Package Development and Commercialization 

• Develop deep understanding of strategic packages, products and processes to support development of new packaging platforms, and contribute to trouble shooting and problem solving 

• Lead development and optimization of packaging specifications for all packaging formats 

• Closely work with suppliers and ensure all packages were delivered as RAB standard

• Provide technical support for field issue resolution

任职要求：

• Bachelor’s degree in packaging, or equivalent technical degree such chemical or mechanical engineering with packaging experience required. 

• Broad knowledge package materials 

• Understand Packaging manufacturing processes 

• Good master of Photoshop

• Results driven 

• Analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Demonstrate good process management 

• Good command in reading, oral & written English.

• Good communication and team spirit.

• Candidate must be able to function independently with minimal supervision
