职责描述：

Responsibilities:



1) Analyze and explain business results and be able to provide an accurate monthly rolling forecast



2) Be responsible for monthly analysis such as deviations actual vs. budget/RFCST. Prepare performance evaluation (KPI report) and drive internal process improvement. Participate in monthly meetings to explain results to local and group management



3) Report on risks and losses in the operational processes (scrap, inventory differences, supplier performance, quality costs, missing parts, inefficiencies, inventory values etc.)



4) Be responsible for cost controlling analysis and propose possible measures to increase profitability



5) Prepare month-end closing in SAP-CO module / BOFC



6) Participate in annual budget calculation / year-end-closing



7) Ensure correctness and completeness of CO master data, including standard costs



8) Pro-active improvements and development of frequent Controlling tasks and templates



9) Collaboration and support for business partners in various departments for controlling related topics also including internal and external audits 













任职要求：

Qualification:



1) University degree major in Finance or Accounting



2) 5 years work experience in a production company



3) Experience in working with ERP systems, preferably in Controlling and Costing area



4) Preferable SAP knowledge



5) Good communication skill



6) Team player



7) Office programs (mainly Excel & Power Point)



8) Accurate , organized and fluent English
