职位类别： 文员/助理

Responsibilities:

- Porvide service for visitor and customer receptoin

- In charge of incoming call and mail/parcel registration and distribution

- Company stamp keeper and make sure it is be properly used according to company process.

- provide administrative support to office management and supply.

- Update office contact list.

- Travel scheduling and management.

- Follow up the status of on-going administrative tasks

- Other tasks per request

Qualifications:

- Fresh graduate with bachalor or college diploma. 1-2 years related experience is preferred/

- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese

- Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and computer application skill

- Well organized and detail oriented

- Good time management skills and ability to multi-task management skill

- Works well in a team atmosphere, self-starter, open to tackle new tasks and eager to learn and help others

- Sound sense of urgency and priority management
