Responsibilities: As a BD Director, you will be primarily responsible for growing MB’s business profitably. You will be actively developing sales pipeline of local or multi-national company clients; you need to follow up closely with the customers in sales pipeline and close deals. Also, the existing client relationship needs to be maintained. Your key goal is to hit the sales target, at the same time, predicting the market trend and adjusting sales strategies accordingly. Qualifications: 1. Five years’ experience selling B2B or enterprise solutions; HR related or SAAS solution selling is a strong plus 2. Proven track record of growing sales at an organization 3. Effective communication & presentation skills with strong influence 4. Tenacious -- Willing to doggedly pursue customers 5. Willingness to attend conferences, cold calls and network, network, network 6. Fluent in English & Mandarin Chinese 7. Overseas education or work experience preferred. 8. Strong technical sales experience is a plus.
