Responsibilities: - Act as ambassador for business excellence and always focus on continuous improvement - To develop, maintain and manage the implementation of policies and procedures, covering all International Standards defined by the Regional office and in accordance with the organizational structure of country business excellence team. - Support the implementation of STS as overall Geodis continuous improvement program. - Initiate and develop specific BE related training tools and packages - Other assignment as required by job function Requirements: - University education or equivalent - Accredited lead auditor for ISO/OHSAS - Excellent Communication skills, spoken and written - Skills in quality, environmental, health & safety and project management - Profound knowledge of H&S, environmental matters. - Needs preferably experience in sustainability, business process management
