岗位职责： 1. 负责客服中心运营现场的整体管理，通过对话务量预测、排班、人员配置、每日KPI达成情况进行分析，调整运营措施，确保达成各项运营指标，对整体KPI达成负责； 2. 协调现场人力，安排外呼、线下行政工作等临时业务； 3. 协调处理客服组长升级的客户投诉，及处理其他运营现场的特殊事件和突发状况； 4. 负责运营团队的组建和招募，客服组长的选拔、培养和管理； 5. 负责运营团队客服代表的月度绩效评估和审核； 6. 完成项目要求的各项运营报告和数据分析，及其他上级主管安排的任务。 职位要求： 1. 有呼叫中心运营管理相关工作经验者优先（化妆品、保健品客服优先）； 2. 大专及以上学历；会英文者优先； 3. 获COPC、4PS、六西格玛管理证书者优先； 4. 拥有良好的数据分析能力和沟通协调能力，具备良好的组织管理、团队激励能力。
