内部控制助理 (南汇临港)

职位类别： 文员/助理

岗位职责：



1. 参与并负责公司现场操作的改进，如现场5S管理的建立，操作流程的改进工作；

2. 每日现场操作的监督检查，包括但不限于操作的规范性、5S执行情况等；

3. 仓库现场异常情况处理；

4. 现场异常的总结分析及相应的改进；

5. 和内控相关的内外部协调；

6. 每日报表的整理及发送；

7. 新项目的建立及实施；

8. 其它上级委派的工作。

基本要求：

 

学历：本科

英语：CET-4

工作地点：上海-浦东新区-洋山港保税区

 

 Job responsibility:



1. Participate in and promote the improvement of warehouse operations, for example: establishment of 5S management, improvement of operations process.

2. Check and audit warehouse daily operations, including audit the implementation of 5S and normative operations.

3. Deal with the abnormal conditions of warehouse operations.

4. Summarize and analyze abnormal conditions of warehouse operations.

5. Internal and external coordination.

6. The collating and sending of daily audit report.

7. Establishment and implementation of new projects.

8. Other tasks assigned by manager.
