GL accountant 总账会计

RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责:

 

1. Journal entries review and month end closing: Timely review the journal entries made by other accountants to ensure the accuracy of accounting records; arrange and monitor month-end closing tasks to ensure smooth and sufficient closing process within deadline; timely bind and archive GL vouchers and related reports; monitor archiving quality during the whole process;

 

审核和月结 ：审核会计人员提交的会计凭证，确保会计数据的准确性；安排并跟踪月末结账任务，在规定期限内及时高效地完成结账；及时装订和存档总账凭证和相关报告，并监督凭证存档的各环节质量

 

2. Reconciliation with related companies;

关联方对账；

 

3. Fixed assets accounting: Ensure that fixed assets are appropriately accounted for. Organize and close physical count of fixed assets. Continuously improve fixed asset management with the help of other department. 

 

固定资产核算 ：确保固定资产记录准确。需要时组织固定资产盘点。在其他部门的配合下不断提高固定资产管理。

 

4. Responsible for the following reports in a timely and accurate manner:

及时准确地提供以下报告 ：

1) Local PRC reports;

 中方财务报表；

2) Balance sheet reconciliation packages; 

 科目分析报告； 

3) Timely submit monthly Cash Plan Statement to Landgent Group.

 及时向乐成集团提交月度资金计划。

4) Timely submit statistical statement；

 完成统计报表;

5) Other reports by required;

 其他要求的报告。



5. Tax review: perform tax review to ensure the school compliance with tax regulation and lead the AP accountant to ensure timely tax payment. 

税务复核 ：执行税务复核以确保学校符合税务法规，领导应付会计确保及时付税；



6. Manage and control the master data and review in a timely and accurate manner (e.g. maintain the foreign exchange rate)

及时准确地管理和控制系统主数据库（例如, 维护汇率信息）；



7. Actively participate in internal and external audits to provide required information timely and accurately; 

积极参与内部及外部审计，及时准确地提供所需信息；



8. Support other team members from the SSC on achieving team and individual goals, ensuring that high level of customer service is maintained; 

为达成团队和个人的目标，向其他团队成员提供支持，以保证高质量的客户服务；

 

9. Perform other tasks and projects as assigned. 

完成分配的其他任务或项目。





QUALIFICATIONS 任职要求：

 

1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in accounting or related majors. 

学士学位以上学历，主修会计或相关专业

 

2. Minimum 5 years in accounting related experience, minimum 2 years’ GL accountant experience and 1 year leader experience 

至少 5年财务相关工作经验，至少 3年总账会计经验， 1年管理经验

 

3. MNC, accounting firm experience or finance consulting firm experience preferred. 

跨国公司、会计师事务所或财务咨询公司经验优先考虑

 

4. Excellent communication skill both in Chinese and English 

优秀的中、英双语沟通能力

 

5. Able to work under stress and target ‐ oriented

6. Awareness of internal control principles and processes; 

对内部控制的原理和流程有一定的了解；



7. Proficient in Office software; 

熟练使用办公软件；
