 Position Summary:

This role is responsible for the contracted services package accounting booking and group reporting entries based on the rules of COFM and IFRS. Other performance of responsibility can include GL booking, inter-company reconciliations, and improve financial system and maintenance. 



Job description:

• Process invoices and book all of contracted services package revenues and cogs in an accurate and timely manner; 

• Payment collection booking for all of contracted services package (R&M, FMS and Driver training) from customer; 

• Check PI and "Service product purchased by dealer" form with contracted services department and arrange to issue VAT invoice; 

• Prepare excel sheet for each invoice No., tax-included amount and due date to reconcile back to AX (CS-M & FMS); 

• Responsible for PI info. by chassis No. weekly in order to do reconciliation with contracted services department; 

• Responsible for purchase form including maintenance & FMS by chassis No. per month and make sure their booked and keep the same transaction with contracted services department; 

• Prepare a AR ageing list and make comments;

• Contracted services’ revenues and cogs recognition from deferred revenue in comply with the regulation of Scania contracted services and IFRS. 

• According to "REIMBURSEMENT TO DEALER" form recognize revenues and cogs, to be ensure the uninvoiced income; 

• Updated purchase form per claim list provide by CS department;

• Prepare the contracted services list for bundled sales with truck or Bus and send it contracted services department; 

• Review provision and deferred accounts movement and balance, then confirm the balance with contracted service department; 

• Confirm the contracted services termination with contracted services department each month; 

• Confirm the contracted services volume and remaining portfolios with contracted services department;

• Review spend curve from SBAs, power value for R&M contracts and make adjustment for provision accordingly; 

• All of contracted service package sales, Gogs and margin calculation and analysis; 

• Interface with presales, sales and services department for sales contracted services and bundle sales order information; 

• Identify the routine process issue or risk for contracted services package, propose with solution and escalate to the line manager, enhance controllership and drive process improvement continually; 

• Proposing and participating in improvements to the overall company accounting processes; 

• HFM reporting entries in time and with quality; 

• Regularly GL accounting booking, including expenses provisions , salaries and IS/IT allocation in an accurate and timely manner; 

• Fixed Assets booking and depreciation posting; 

• Download voucher transactions for benefits accounts of expats to tax consultant on tax calculation purpose before 

 every day 3; 

• Generate supplier invoice turnover report and send it to Purchasing department before every day 3;

• Take a lead and ensure month end closing smoothly within the deadline and compliance with Corporate and statutory; 

• Provide support in external and internal audits; 

• Provide business finance advice to managers and colleagues;

• Control of archiving necessary documents and ensure that proper transactional records are maintained to comply with statutory and fiscal legislation;

• Work in cooperation with other Departments and captive dealers to achieve common business objectives, ensuring that there is open and effective communication;

• Comply with Company policies and procedures, including the completion of documents and records; 

• Keep good communication and cooperation with Scania IT, improve financial system and maintenance. 



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



• Provide Bachelor’s degree in accounting or economics;

• Good knowledge of China Accounting standards, Tax regulation, Auditing Standards and System; 

• 2- 3 years relevant experiences; 

• Be committed to excellence and generate a high quality of work; 

• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written in both Chinese and English; 

• Oracle / other ERP system experiences; 

• Computer literature, especially Microsoft Office, excellent in Excel; 

• Excellent analysis and communication with effective skills; 

• Requires strong attention to details;

• Self-motivated, patient, reliable sense of responsibilities; 

• Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills; 

• The ability to work independently with minimum supervision, a self-starter; 

• Good team player with a positive outlook, can work with pressure.
