Job Purpose

CQL 产品测试工程师的主要责任是负责按照新产品和持续改进计划要求和 GB/STP 测试规范、流程等的要求进行新产品、产品持续改进项目的相关测试验证、测试数据的分析、测试结果和必要的改进建议的报告以及支持测试仪器设备和场地的开发和管理。

As a CQL test engineer, your key role and responsibility will follow NPI, CPI program requirement and GB standard, CAT test procedure, ISO standard requirements to conduct validation test, including test instruments setup, test execution and data acquirement, data reduction and analysis, reporting out test result, necessary improvement comments, and support test instruments and test ground development and management.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

1.负责按照测试计划要求按照测试流程要求开展 NPI/ANPI/NTI 产品的试验与验证，包括仪器的安装、数据的采集、数据的分析、报告和改进性建议

Responsible for NPI/ANPI/NTI validation test according to the test plan and test procedure requirements, including test instruments setup, test execution and data acquirement, data reduction and

analysis, reporting out test result, necessary improvement comments

2.负责按照测试计划地要求按照测试流程要求开展 CPI 项目的试验与验证，包括仪器的安装、数据的采集、数据的分析、报告和改进性建议

Responsible for CPI project validation test according to the test plan and test procedure requirements， including test instruments setup, test execution and data acquirement, data reduction and analysis, reporting out test result, necessary improvement comments

3.负责组织 SYC 的产品认证并支持 CE/CUTR/ARAI/LCVM 等必需的国外认证测试

Responsible for CQL Product Nation certification and international regional certification test, such as CE, CUTR, ARAI, LCVM etc.

4.负责测试流程的开发、维护和管理

Responsible for test procedure development, update and management

5.负责测试数据、最终报告的管理，确保合规

Responsible for test data and test report management, and make sure it compliance.

6.负责主管领域测试能力的拓展和规划

Responsible for role related test capability development and planning

7.负责主管测试领域测试仪器设备的发展、维护与管理

Responsible for role related test instruments development, maintenance and management

8.支持或组织各种内部的和外部的竞争性的测试

Support or Organize competitive test inside or outside CQL

9.支持测试场地的发展、维护与管理

Support test ground development, maintenance and management

Qualifications

职位要求

Required Qualifications:

基本的职位要求

1.工程专业或者相关技术专业本科

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical degree.

2.至少 3 年在土方机械领域与测试、设计和制造相关的工作经验

Minimum of 3 years of testing, design and manufacturing experience for earthmoving machines

3.良好的人际关系

Good interpersonal skills are essential to develop a cooperative working relationship with others, both inside and outside the organization

4.中级的英语听，读，写，说能力，英语水平四级以上。

Intermediate English listening, reading, writing and speaking skills, CET-4 or above.

5.良好的数据分析，诊断和判断技能。良好的计算机技能 – Excel & PPT.

Good data analysis, diagnostic and judgment skills and good computer skills, Excel and PowerPoints

Desired Qualifications:
