（急）Quantity Surveyor 助理工程估算师/造价师

 ROLE 

To support QS team on measurement, market price of equipment, material, labour and construction cost etc.



RESPONSIBILITIES 

·Drawing measurement on construction drawings

·Preparation of tender BOQ in civil package;

·Prepare change assessment per the requirement of project;

·Assist senior QS to develop special cost study on feasibility study and project planning;

·Understand market price of equipment,material, labour and construction cost;

·Organize, collect, compare, analyse, update and maintain database of historical information for estimation use;

· Quality of project estimation (stated accuracy, comprehensive and thorough, client’s reasonable expectation and clearly cost structure).



REQUIRED STANDARD OF QUALIFICATIONS 

·Min Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering

·Qualification of National cost engineer preferred

·MRICS is a plus



EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE 

Knowledge & Experience

·At least 1~2 years of working experience in cost estimation and cost control;

·Working experience in foreign QS Company preferred.

·Solid field or site experience with good data analytical skills;

·High sense of responsibility, good teamwork spirit, ability to work independently, and sense of confidentiality;

·Good PC skills, such as MS Software, Notes and so on especial on Excel and Access;

·Good drawing measurement software skill and Quota software skill

·English: being able to Read & Written.

·Knowledge (acquired information necessary to do the job); Advanced

Of cost estimation discipline;Of Chinese Quota Book, Chinese Code on design or construction;Level of knowledge required

·Ability to understand commercial

·Must be able to understand and apply Employer Requirements
