职位描述 Provide support and assistance to the day-by-day effective post market regulatory and product quality management, so as to ensure a trustful communication and cooperation with responsible authority, related customers, and partners, to reduce liability risk in regard to possible product liability issues of Dräger. 岗位职责 Complaint handling - Gather and evaluate complaints about medical products of Dräger from Greater China market. - Coordinate, request, evaluate cause analysis and technical explanation from manufacturer. - Provide possible information requested by customer and S&S organization. - Review and close individual complaints. CA Reporting - Report to responsible local authority according to regulatory guidelines. - Support manufacturer on the decision of reporting to CA by providing sufficient field failure information. TSB / Field Action tracking and implementation - Coodination and communication for the annouced TSB / advisory notice in S&S organization. - Coordination of measures for announced safety-relevant quality problems. - Determination of measures and supervision of their implementation. Initiate and coordinate recall actions and other specific activities. Operational Quality issue handling - Deal with quality issues from Customer, CAs and the ones in the company. - Track the progress and follow up related actions. - Coordinate and communicate internally and externally for solving the quality issue. Supporting and promoting audit Support of external and internal audits as well as implementation of correction actions.
