1-    Plan and control the assigned products to meet Quality/Capacity/Cost/Schedule requirements.
2-    Manage projects on behalf of our clients to bring new tools and business opportunities; 
3-    Develop and define the objectives of the project and document; 
4-    Follow up and ensure tasks are completed on time;
5-    Determine product specifications and technical compliance to national standards with customers, suppliers and internal production & quality teams;
6-    Set-up testing plan to ensure performance and compliance;
7-    Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems and issuing regular status reports.
8-    Ensures Bills-of-Material are updated and accurate.
9-    Ensures engineering documentation is correctly filed and stored.
10- Ensures product Q.A to the drawing and are correctly supplied.
11- Provides technical guidance and drawings to Manufacturing Department and QA, including: PFMEA/CP/SOP/BOM and other Manufacturing documentation are updated and accurate.
12- Solves engineering related problems.
13- Establish and provide part quotation; 
14-  Process development, including qualification and product launch;
