Duties and responsibilities職責:
- Specialize in procurement and development of LED candle and related products.
- 專長于LED蠟燭採購及相關産品的開發。
- Develop and advance projects starting from early conception stage to block diagram, schematics, PCB/circuitry layout, prototype build and final production.
- 負責制定和項目推進：從早期的概念階段開始，制訂框圖，原理圖，PCB/電路佈局，原型構建，直至到最終産品的投産。
- Provide design review, product development, undertake R&D projects from initiation to prototype to full engagement in final product manufacture. 
- 負責提供設計評審及産品開發。從事産品的整體研發，由起始階段直至到産品的最終生産。
- Research on new circuit and configuration designs, both analog and digital application for LED lighting by deploying ASIC/CMOS IC technology and part components.
- 研究LED新産品及其部件的電路和結構設計，包括模擬和數字化的ASIC / CMOS積體電路技術開發。
- Liaise with suppliers in the entire developmental cycle to coordinate and facilitate between factories, customers and product team.
- 在整個産品開發及生産週期與供應商聯繫，協調工廠、客戶和生産團隊之間的需求。
- Support production (both onsite and offsite) on product-technical and testing issues.
- 為生産團隊提供（包括實地現場和非現場）的産品測試和技術支援。
- Produce BOM and documentations, work closely with production and purchasing to make sure products are well manufactured and up to schedule.

- Creation, approval and maintenance of ongoing design documentation (BOM, drawings, instruction etc).

Requirements要求:
- Degree/Diploma graduate in Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, preferred with a combination of solid work experience and education.
- 電子/機械工程或相關專業的學位/文憑課程畢業生，最好具有相結合的學術水準及紮實的工作經。
- At least 2-5 years or above relevant experience in procurement and development of LED products or related areas (Consumer Electronics, Personal Cares, LED lighting/ luminaries, electronic toys etc).
- 至少2-5年以上採購LED及相關領域産品的開發經驗（如消費電子産品，電子日用品， LED照明/燈具，電子玩具等）。
- Practical experience in electronics design and proficient in electrical/electronic circuits simulation, analysis and design is a plus.
- 具有熟練電子電路設計、分析經驗者優先。
- Work experience in candle industry in designing LED candle and novelty d岢cor lighting highly desirable.
- 具有蠟燭行業經驗、LED蠟燭設計經驗或新穎裝飾照明産品設計的工作經驗者優先。
- Strong, passionate and creative in circuit design with hands-on involvement in carrying out build-box experiments.
- 對電路設計與開發具有創意及要具備實際實驗操作的經驗。
- Able to work independently with excellent solving and troubleshooting skills.
- 能夠獨立工作和具有優秀的解決問題能力。
- Competent in project management and problem solving skill with industrialization exposure in factory production environment is a must
- 必須具有在工業生産環境中的項目管理和解決問題技能。
- Knowledgeable and with solid experience in US and Europe electronic product regulatory requirements such as REACh, Rhos, CE, LVD/EMC Directives.

- Aggressive, broad-minded and able to work under pressure, excellent communication and tactful skills, customer-focus and result-oriented.
