Project Coordinator（项目协调员）

职位类别： IT项目执行/协调人员

•      Follow up Development & Production Projects
•      Responsible for handling OEM projects from concepts to prototype & production, daily communications with suppliers & to report to US Head office
•      Edit, translate the Production Spec. to vendors
•      Support & follow through on the Production status to final inspection
•      Identify issue related to material quality and work with Production & QC team to resolve the problem
•      Communicate the production requirements clearly to parties concerned to ensure production processes are managed properly as planned
•      Coordinate with QA team to arrange quality inspection. Stay close to inspection results in relation to shipment plan
•      Coordinate with shipping team to ensure shipment on time without problem
•      Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or their designate from time to time
Requirements:
•      Overseas studies, a recognized university degree holder or a degree holder major in English.
•      Proficient in spoken English & understand CANTONESE  is an advantage
•      Strong command of written English and Chinese
•      2-3 years working experience in premium or packaging industries
•      Smart, self- motivated, independent, organization and willing to work under pressure
•      Sense of urgency
•      Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
•      Good interpersonal and strong communication skills
•      Good time-management skills and able to meet deadlines
•      Perform other ad hoc duties
•      Immediate available is preferred
