2. 提交工单达成信息，次品率，产能利用率报告给运营经理

4.  监督车间6S，开展改善活动
5.  根据机器保养计划维护保养24台海天/住友闭环注塑机
6.  在新模具阶段协助模具设计团队做DFM分析

技能和经验需求
1. 3-5年的注塑公司管理职位，代领类似团队的经验
2. 亲自动手设定注塑参数和解决注塑问题的能力
3. 完全理解ISO9001/AS9100质量系统
4. 具有参与模具设计，模具加工参与DFM设计的能力
5. 能用5why做根本原因分析并回复纠正报告
6.  能用数据分析出不良率高的产品，采取措施解决这些不良率高的产品
7. 中文，普通话熟练
 有以下技能和经验优先
1. 会用英语交流
2. 有高温材料注塑成型的经验，比如PEEK料
3. 懂超声，喷砂，CNC加工等产品二次加工工艺，
 
Job Description
1. To run work orders in a timely, safe and efficient manner by coordinating a team of 2 shift leaders, 6 technicians, 4 mold loaders, 6 material handlers, two maintenance technicians and 35 work men.
2.  Provide information about work order completion, defect rate and capacity utilization to Operations Manager.
3. Trouble shoot molding issues to reduce and maintain defect rate and train all the related staff on molding process.
4. Monitor 6S in the shop and initiate Kaizen activities.
5. Maintain 24 Haitian/Sumitomo closed loop molding machines as per maintenance plan.
6. Assist the tool design team in DFM process of new tools.
Skill and experience (needed)
1.  3-5 years in a leadership role in a molding company leading a similar team.
2.  Hands on experience in setting process parameters and shooting molding troubles.
3.  Thorough knowledge of quality system as per ISO 9001/AS 9100.
4.  Exposure to injection tool design and tool building process and participation in DFMs.
5. Ability to do a root cause analysis (5 Why) and answer CARs.
6. Experience of analyzing data to arrive at high defect parts and take suitable actions to address those.
7. Ability to read, write and speak Chinese Mandarin fluently.
Skill and experience (desired)
1. Ability to communicate in English.
2. Experience in working with high temperature resins like PEEK.
3. Exposure to secondary operations like ultrasonic welding, sand blasting, painting and CNC machining.
