HDT a private owned, German production plant, located in Dongguan/Changan, is looking for 

Assistant of Technical and General Management

Our company is focused on innovative electronic products from concept to manufacture. We have a portfolio of measuring and testing devices such as voltage testers, phase sequence indicators and lamp testers. Furthermore we manufacture products developed by our customers at our factory. And: we realize our customers’ ideas. The HDT-team, based in Germany, Serbia, China and Hong Kong, will assist its customers through each step of the way from market research to mass production. 

Your main tasks:
•	Support Technical/General Management with strong focus on organization of complete production process –from purchasing, warehousing, production planning and execution to shipping out of finished goods.
•	assist with communication to Chinese staff and suppliers
•	Liaise with all departments (focus on warehouse, Purchase, HR)

Required skills and abilities in this highly trustful position
•	Very good English skills (in writing and speaking)
•	Flexibility – interest in all possible topics of a company
•	Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
•	Excellent communication and team working skills
•	Numerical skills, IT skills (e.g. MS Office)
•	experience in production environment (preferably EMS service) is a big plus
•	willingness to learn and grow with and work in an international positioned company
