油墨研发工程师/Chemical Engineer/Ink R&D Engineer

职位要求：

1. 大专或以上学历，化学相关专业，化工基础知识与专业知识良好；

2. 五年以上油墨研发工作经验，熟悉网版印刷油墨的配色方案及流程；

3. 具有独立开发新产品及改善产品的能力；

4. 对颜色敏感，具有良好的逻辑分析、判断能力；

5. 英语读写能力良好；

6. 计算机操作熟练。

Responsibilities:

The role will necessitate being involved in the design and development of a diverse range of products and processes as they pertain to the manufacture of heat transfers and other substrate embellishment products. The work will focus on changing and improving the chemical, physical and aesthetics state of products in addition to improving and optimising manufacturing processes while taking into consideration health & safety and cost issues.

• Designing plant and equipment configuration so that they can be readily adapted to suit the product range and the process technologies involved, taking environmental and economic aspects into account. 

• Assisting in the designing, installing and commissioning of new and existing production processes, including monitoring developments and troubleshooting especially as they relate to NPI and existing product improvements.

• Researching new product manufacturing techniques from trial through to commercialisation and improving product lines. 

• Providing technical and chemistry leadership in the optimisation of existing products. 

• Participate in analytical activities related to raw material assessment, new product development, method development, validation and perform assigned analytical activates to support on-going projects.
