Logistic Specialist物流专员

Key responsibilities are: 



1.Master schedule planning 



（1）Plan, execute global master logistics schedule outbound from DG/PH/HK with cross function team 



（2）With proper shipping model to NA/EMEA/APAC



（3）Coordinate with buyers/plant shipping for urgent shipment arrangement



2.Logistics in transit monitor



（1）Proactive track and trace shipment status and summarize globally in transit progress daily



（2）Set up alarm system to foresee the risk if shipment potential delay. 



（3）Eescalate the risk & seek for help to expedite the delivery if shipment facing delay.



3.Forwarder management 



（1）Day to day communication with forwarder for on time delivery;



（2）Damage/delay/special case handling;



（3）Evaluate and manage forwarders to make sure the KPI achieved; 



（4）Identify the risk and action plan how to get improved. 



4.Freight cost controlling 



（1）Weekly validate the freight cost charged by NA and EMEA



（2）Minimize Premium cost and follow approval process.



（3）Investigate root cause and identify action plan if actual spending higher than forecast.



5.To support project on continuous improvement 



（1Implement and execute innovative logistics project through ongoing organizational efforts, technological enhancements, price negotiation and operation optimization to gain cost saving and lead time reduction and drive for continuous improvement.



（2）Track & analyze up-to-date operational data, provide management visibility on key metrics, project progress, shipment data, and reports.



 Any other assignment or a requirement basis.



SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: 



?Education: Colleague or Bachelor



?Work Experience: 



1.Familiar with incoterm 2010/Compliance;



2.At least 3 years sold experience in inbound/outbound & logistics activities



?Knowledge and Skills required:



1.Strong ability to do data collection and analysis 



2.Good communication skills and coordination capabilities



3.Good command of English in written and verbal



4.Be skillful in office software, like Excel/PPT



5.Honesty ,Positive attitude, can work with pressure
