工作职责: 1. Australia support -Campaign management support for Australia CRM team. -Building strong relationships and developing work flow processes with Australia CRM and IT teams -Responsible for leading quality assurance for China CRM team 2. Database -Query customer database for reporting and analysis based on requirement from Australia team -Partner with Australia IT team in understanding database structure and objects 3.Campaign Management, Analysis, and Optimization -Ability to design and extract target groups used for CRM campaigns. -Optimise CRM test and learn capabilities by understanding campaign performance by different customer segments and purchasing behaviours. -Forecast and report campaign results, devising strategic course corrections to meet or exceed business results. -Develop with IT future capabilities for CRM 4. Reporting of KPI’s / Results -Report to the business on Customer, Campaign and CRM metrics (e.g. customer repurchase rate, response rate, ASP, net sales and incremental sales). -Develops new reports to measure business objectives and provide insight into KPIs. 任职资格: Bachelor degree Minimum of 2 years experience within analytics field. Ideally minimum 1 years related to CRM Minimum 1 year experience in reading and writing complex SQL statements. Strong in Excel Strong knowledge in Marketing / Campaign Execution module Preferable to have worked within Customer Interaction Centre module Preferable to have worked with Hybris Marketing (Audience Discovery and Targeting) Desirable to have worked in a HANA environment using HANA Studio
