 As Mechanical Engineer (m/f) within our Research & Development team you will operate as the interface between our in-house departments and business partners and work closely with our Product Design, Construction and Production teams. Thanks to your know-how and your profound knowledge of current standards and techniques you will detect and prevent possible issues on our high-quality audio products even before they occur. Furthermore, you are most welcome to provide suggestions for continuous improvements in both process and product management.

Your Tasks: 工作内容



• Checking, creating, evaluating and continuously optimizing 3D construction drafts or produced prototypes/samples from product idea to mass production.

 从产品ID到量产阶段, 创建, 评估, 开发和持续优化用于手板以及样品制作的3D结构设计图, 直到正式量产. 

• Close and reliable cooperation with our Product Design team, providing competent consultancy to our designers in terms of technical feasibility of requested product features 

与德国设计团队密切, 可靠的合作. 为产品设计团队提出建设性的所要求的产品特性技术可行性分析. 

• Instructing and monitoring the production site, including assurance of trouble-free execution of production orders as well as ongoing optimization of production processes 

指导和管理生产状况, 包括确保订单生产的稳定性以及生产流程的持续优化

• Carrying out regular design reviews and identifying and solving any problems that might occur during the development process

参与日常设计检讨, 指出并解决在开发过程中可能会出现的问题点. 

• Execute detailed mechanincal engineering activities including ideas generation, 3D creating, simulation analysis, problem solving and documentation to deliver awesome products that meet product vision wiht great and reliable customer experience and are easy to manufacture in high volume at competitive cost.

需承担的详细结构工程相关事宜, 包含提出建议, 创建3D图, 模拟分析, 解决问题和文件管理. 在具有竞争力的成本控制下, 简化生产, 使产品符合设计需求且满足用户体验. 

• Provide technical expertise to support manufacturing related activities including tooling development, assembly process improvement and production quality improvement. 

提供制造工艺技术支持, 包括模具开发, 装配流程改善和生产品质改善.



Your Profile: 



• Degree in Technical Engineering, or similar qualification 

结构工程类或相关专业

• At least 5 years of work experience as an mechanical engineer,must have 3 years in Audio Speakers industrial

至少5年结构工程师工作经验, 有消费类电子, 至少3年以上音箱和耳机产品

 Very high, technical understanding as well as several years of relevant professional experience in at least one of the following areas: 

 在以下专业领域工作多年, 具有较高的技术理解能力及经验. 

o Wood, plastic or metal craftsmanship MDF, 塑胶和五金类产品. 

o Injection molding of plastic and aluminum 塑胶注塑成型, 以及铝制品成型工艺.

o Production and assembly of technical devices 生产及装配工艺. 

o Tool construction 模具结构和成型工艺

• Very good command of common 3D Software (i.e. ProE/CREO, Rhinoceros, Solid Works, Unigraphics) as well as good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, profound knowledge in Adobe CS would be an advantage 

熟练运用3D软件. (ProE/CREO, Rhinoceros, Solid Works, Unigraphics)和Microsoft office, 会用Adobe CS软件更好.

• Fluent in English, both orally and in written
