    Maximize supplier quality performance and

    Staff responsibility of current 2 QC inspectors:
        
   
   
    Responsibility
         
    Responsible for sustaining the correct quality level at suppliers in South China.
       Responsible for the DALI performed outgoing inspection at suppliers in South China.
        
   
   
    Authority
         
    Authorised to make decisions in relation to 
       
     
     Supplier quality performance incl. initiation and cancellation of shipment stop
        
     QC inspector team coordination
        
       Decisions that require managerial confirmation:
       
     
     Parts and products pricing
        
     Staff hiring and reduction
        
     Staff salary and benefits negotiations
        
      
   
   
    Essential tasks
         
      
     
     Address and solve quality problems at suppliers, both independent and in a team with Danish and/or Chinese colleagues 
        
     To ensure corrective and preventive actions at suppliers are implemented and documented 
        
     To ensure new higher quality levels are sustained by designed visits (longer periods) and regular audits
        
     Coordinate the inspection tasks of the QC inspectors
        
     
     
     Make part and product “grey zone” quality decision in cooperation with Danish Quality Inspection Managers
        
     
     
     Optimum / efficient utilisation of inspection resources 
        
     Establish the basis for invoicing of performed QC outgoing inspections at suppliers, including monthly manpower report.
