Job Description:

（备注：此职位招3人，2人在东莞上班，1人要经常性出差杭州）Responsible for the whole process management of the company's projects/products, ensuring the realization of the project objectives, and leading the project team to complete all the work of the project on time and with high quality.


Job Responsibilities:
1.	Define and monitor project scope / schedule / quality along the project life cycle:
a.	UI definition and implementation
b.	Technical development & tests
c.	New component documention & validation
d.	Costing table / ME Bom 
e.	Other project related topics
2.	Organize and coordinate project resources to achieve project objectives,
3.	Track and communicate project status to the different teams
a.	List tasks / problems
b.	Affect project members to analyze / solve problems
c.	Track and document resolutions
4.	Identify project risks and inform team + respond to risks in a timely manner
5.	Lead weekly project meetings and meeting minute’s


Job Requirements:
- Computer science or Engineering degree / master degree
- 5+ years of development project management experience, in consumer electronic, that include a device and a mobile application.
- Be familiar with the project management cycle, from idea to production
- Work with the different stakeholder to build the project timeline and Milestone.
- Interface with person in charge of the UI (USA) and developpers, to ensure that project is done according to schedule
- Project certification is a big plus (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Certification Program Manager, PMP, or similar).
- Strong leadership
- Good communication skills
- Good English level (read/write/speak) – half of the interview will be conducted in English
- Experience in agile or other software project a plus.
