Job Description:
1.Support the RFQ administration input/organization work for GW-USA team.
2.Evaluate the technical feasibility and manufacturing processes for new RFQs, coordinate CFT (cross functional meeting team) to review the technical challenges when needed.
3.Conduct the cost estimating work for RFQs and Engineering Changes, which include tooling, validation, molded piece parts, assembly, secondary operation, packaging etc.
4.Search the potential suppliers to get the cost and lead time for outsourced components and packaging material.
5.Work with purchasing, engineering and commercial team to get the cost and lead time for plastic material, automations, EOATs, fixtures, testing equipment, etc.

Qualification:
1.College or above educated, majored in mechanical or engineering is preferred. 
2.Four years or above working experiences in precision tooling or injection molding. 
3.Two years or above working experience of cost estimating for injection molds, piece part pricing, and secondary operations.
4.Good understanding to tool manufacturing processes, injection molding and contract manufacturing. 
5.Excellent capabilities to understand the product 2D drawing, 3D model and technical specifications.
6.Good command to AutoCAD and 3D software. 
7.Good English reading and writing capability.
8.Good understanding to the culture and working style of western company.
