任职资格及胜任力 Qualification and core competency
1.	Over Junior college education, majored in machinery, instrument, mechanics related discipline.
2.	Skilled on 2D and 3D drawings design.
3.	Have more than 3 years mechanical engineer working experience in electronics, telecommunications and electronic appliance industry, and familiar with the structure design.
4.	Can independently complete whole R & D process, from specification writing, technical literature design, structure design, sample making and testing, new materials testing and validation.
5.	Familiar with normal manufacture process especially assembly process.
6.	Hand on making sample assembly and testing.
7.	Good command of English writing, reading and speaking, over CET 4.
二、	主要工作职责Main job responsibility
1.	Based on customer and PM sample making demands, make conceptualize product design feasibility study, including manufacturability.
2.	If customer doesn’t provide any 2D and 3D drawings, then create and review 2D, 3D and design analysis documentations.
3.	Make design and product development schedule, manage and update schedule accordingly, until project goal is accomplished.
4.	New product, new structure and new technology research and development.
5.	Work with electronic engineer on PCBA evaluation, testing and make sure meet performance requirements.
6.	Make our technical documents such as BOM, define materials and components specifications, new materials, new components testing and validation.
7.	Communicate with PM(or customer) on technical details if design specifications, mechanical drawing specifications and mechanical test requirements comes from customer.
8.	Work with providers to make sample, test sample, and make Tolerance and Failure Analysis and provide Corrective Actions, and submit accepted sample to PM and then send to customer for confirmation.
9.	Feedback to PM with regards to issues or concerns, recommendations and next-steps on product design and functionality.
