高级采购工程师

岗位要求：
1.Bachelor degree with major in Mechanical Engineering.
2.Experienced Procurement Engineer, having successfully operated in a fast moving, commercially focussed environment. 
3.Well-developed leadership skills to lead the Chinese based team.
4.Good engineering knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes.
5.Ability to speak and write English.
6.Ability to negotiate with suppliers.
7.Experience of travelling within China and the Far East, with the confidence to travel solo.
8.Well-developed problem-solving skills, applying pragmatism to balance business needs against potential risk.
9.Adept at dealing with a significant volume of data, including the manipulation, and presentation of the collected data. 
10.Impactful communicator both verbally and written with the ability to adapt to the audience.
11.Supportive leader with a willingness to be flexible to ensure the Product & Procurement team collectively delivers the required level of service to stakeholders.
12.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, SAP, AutoCAD, SolidWorks  and the various Apps within the Intranet with good administration skills and attention to detail.
13.Excellent data analytical skills – ability to produce reports from Excel, identify trends and provide insight for evidence-based decision making.
14.Planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and competing demands and manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders, whilst also managing the priorities of the team
15.Experience on magnetic relating products is preferred.
工作内容：
1.Review, analyse MRP and product data to propose replenishment products including order quantities and delivery dates for UK to approve.
2.Place purchase orders with Chinese suppliers based on the UK demand.
3.Ensure purchase orders placed with Chinese supplies are monitored closely for delivery and quality.
4.Support UK team with developing new supplier relationships in China.
5.Continually assess and improve levels of product quality through our various supply chains.
6.Assist UK team with developing new products or sourcing new products from China.
7.Assist the UK team with reviewing suppliers to ensure they comply with our policies relating to Net Zero and legislative requirements such as modern slavery & anti-bribery.
8.Assist the UK team reduce one million pieces of single use plastic per year by 2025.
9.Conduct regular visits to the supply chain in China to conduct supplier audits, create excellent relationships and gain an understanding of any changes within their business.
10.Analyse market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.

2.Valid passport, which allows entry into the required countries for overseas visits to suppliers.  
3.Regular travel within China
4.Travel overseas is only as required and will generally be infrequent.
