Responsibilities:
•	Ensure timely and proper compilation of gross margin of various business segments for management reporting purpose and also for each relevant legal entity within the group
•	Ensure accurate monthly closing values of the group inventory by raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods in various locations
•	Monitor the ageing of the group inventory and alert related business units to follow up and take necessary actions on long-aged inventories
•	Proactively work with central warehouses and factory warehouses to enhance internal control and proper workflow on group inventory monitoring purpose
•	Coordinate annual stock take and cyclical counts on group inventory at various operating locations
•	Facilitate and smooth work flow and month end inventory and costing closing procedure and implement automation working environment
Requirements:
•	Degree holder in Finance, Accountancy or related disciplines 
•	Qualified Accountant or other relevant professional qualification is preferable
•	At least 5 years solid inventory and costing working experience from a sizeable company/ MNC with multiple plants and locations
•	With minimum 3 years exposure in China or overseas is preferable
•	Expertise in inventory control and familiar with raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods management and cost tracking
•	Solid leadership and proven project management skills, with good communication ability and push through required workflow changes with different operating units
•	Strong sense of analytical and numerical mindset
•	Good problem solving, methodical and interpersonal skills
•	Mature, independent and detail oriented
•	Good command of written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
•	Has the ability to independently manage projects and communicate progress and priorities to management and internal parties
•	Station in Dongguan and travel to different operating countries are required
