Major Job Duties:

Report directly to the group’s CFO in HK;

To be stationed in Dongguan and in charge of the following functions : .

Lead a finance team ( team size of around 20 ) in the pre-production processing centre ( mainly for sourcing , purchasing and invoicing ) in Dongguan to provide corporate finance support to the operation team in the areas of treasury , tax , legal , company secretarial , financial and management accounting , Inventory and costing etc ;

Oversee and supervise the local finance team ( led by the local head of finance ) in different manufacturing locations ( including China , Bangladesh , Indonesia and Vietnam ) to provide corporate finance support to each local production team under the corporate framework ;
  

Qualification Requirements:

Qualified Accountant and degree holder in Financial Management;

10 years or more relevant experiences in Financial and accounting discipline, with at least 5-year experience in Financial Controllership, preferably in garment industry;  

Strong knowledge in Inventory and costing system in a manufacturing environment, with experience in driving process flow re-engineering and ERP system implementation;

Good knowledge in tax planning and tax regulations ( in particular China ) and experience in handling tax matters with tax authorities ;

Strong commercial sense ,quick decision maker and self- driven;

Good leadership and interpersonal skill;   ,

Good command of written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
