Key Responsibilities：
1. Working closely with engineering and marketing team to gather IP information for patent   
    clearance and application;
2. Preparation and execution of patent related documents, such as invention disclosure form, 
    declaration, assignment, and invention reward, etc.;
3.  Assisting to manage internal docketing system;
4.  Conducting preliminary in-house patent search; and Assisting with regular IP meetings, IP   
     trainings and ad hoc assignment.



Person Specifications：

1.  A recognized bachelor degree or above in engineering, software, or electronics. Work 
     experience at IP firm or in-house legal department is preferred. 
2.  Good command of written English and Chinese. Proficiency in spoken English is a plus.
3.  Excellent interpersonal skills, communicational skills, interact well with internal colleagues 
     and external counsels.
4.  Able to work effectively with high quality.
5.  A self-starter with a “can do” approach. Eager to drive key initiatives and see them through 
     to successful implementation.
6.  Ability to prioritize efforts and efficiently work under pressure.
7.  Mature, pleasant personality, excellent team player.
