Key accountabilities of the position                                         
•	Supervise the team for daily logistics operation, i.e. deliver the replenishment & newness stock to 6ixty8ight stores in China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan & South Korea through 3PL’s
•	Closely contact with internal Customs department to ensure the readiness of China export documents and smooth operation of cross border trucking.
•	Ensure shipping documents accurate and ready on time for the import to Asian destinations
•	Manage 3PL’s to cope with logistics and last mile delivery requirements within China and to overseas markets.
•	Support direct manager to review the annual logistics service agreements with 3PL’s as well as negotiate with 3PL’s for the quotes of ad hoc delivery
•	Monitor the monthly performance of 3PL’s by agreed KPI’s
•	Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery lead time, transport cost and operation efficiency. Identify opportunities in logistics process for cost saving and lead time improvement
•	Set up and implement standard operation procedures for associated logistics and transportation activities
•	Support direct manager to review the annual service agreements with domestics couriers in China for Dongguan and Heyuan offices
•	Participate in assigned ad hoc projects
•	Prepare monthly logistics expense report

Key requirements for the position                                         
•	Degree holder in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain or related disciplines
•	At least 5 years in logistics or supply chain industry with at least 2 years experience at supervisory level
•	Experience in retail/fast fashion is a plus
•	Proactive and independent
•	Self-motivated person with good interpersonal and supervisory skills
•	Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
•	Proficiency PC knowledge in MS applications, especially in Excel
•	Good knowledge in import & export procedure and regulation of Asian countries
