International School Premise Project Manager
 
项目介绍：建筑面积3万多平方，7层建筑物，含教学楼、操场、恒温泳池、体育馆、多媒体礼堂、电脑室、实验室、美术室等功能辅助用房、宿舍。
 
岗位职责Responsibilities:
 
1、协调开发商、物业关系，协助装修厂商办理各项进场施工手续；
Coordinate with the developer, building management and contractors. Ensure smooth project progress;
 
2、负责学校日常工程维修、保养及日常工程管理及巡视工作; 学校设施包括课室、操场、泳池、宿舍楼、体育馆、礼堂、餐厅等。
Site-walk regularly to make sure facilities in the premises in good conditions; School facilities include classrooms, playground, swimming pool, boarding, gymnasium stadium, auditorium and dinning room etc.
 
3、及时向上级汇报学校场地内出现的问题，并与物业协调解决。及时汇报问题的解决方案、处理进度及完成时间。
Report to the Principal and Headquarter for project progress, problems and solutions. Control the project quality and timeline;
 
4、定期进行校园内的消防安全检查，并协助对接主管部门的巡检对接工作。
Fire safety inspection on campus regularly and assist the government / building management office to do regular inspection and communication. 
 
5、负责校园网络IT及电话布线，电脑设备维护，多媒体课室设备安装与管理。 
Manage IT facilities and database maintenance. Coordinate with headquarter IT team. Set up and manage multimedia classrooms such as projectors, tables, systems, etc. 
 
6、负责处理和跟进学校内部的装修改造工程，协助并监督施工单位的工程进度及验收工作。
Responsible for handling and following up the renovation project of the school, assisting and supervising the construction progress and acceptance of the construction unit. 
 
8、其他指派任务。
 Other assigned tasks.

 
应聘要求Qualifications:

 1、大专及以上学历，建筑类、工程管理等相关专业；
College degree or above, major in architecture, constructions or engineering;

 2、2年以上工程管理经验；6个月以上的项目现场驻场经验
3-5 years premises project management experience; 6 months to 1 year on-site experience 

 3、可使用CAD等制图软件；
Able to use CAD and other related software;

 4、项目管理能力、组织能力、沟通协调能力；
Good communication skills. Able to meet deadlines;

 5、简单的英文沟通交流；
Able to communicate in English.
 
6、能够接受阶段性值夜班
Able to take over-night duty
